In creating opportunity from change or challenge you become empowered to take action and ownership of your life.

How we work together
I work in a hybrid approach, combining video-conferencing, in-person meetings and ‘walk and talk’ appointments. This developmental programme runs for six to eight sessions over six months, with scope to extend or condense the requested time frame. The space between each session allows you to embed change and growth while deepening self-awareness, self-belief and self-care.
Programmes start from £4,500.00 + VAT
