Leadership Coaching: Unlocking Potential - Part One

I was recently asked by Totum, a specialist cross-sector recruitment agency, to contribute to a two-part feature on leadership coaching. Along with executive coaches Beverly Landais and Steve Lee, we talk about the challenges facing today’s professional services leaders and how coaching enhances performance and personal impact, helping to drive clear thinking and easier/better decision-making.

In part one, the power of coaching, we explore why executive coaching is a performance tool that accelerates performance and delivers a high return on investment – an average of seven times the cost of employing a coach, but it can be far higher.

The two-part feature will uncover the specifics of how coaching supports individuals, teams, and firms to harness opportunities amid the complexities of today’s more uncertain markets.

Read part one here and stay tuned for the publication of part two shortly.
